We will respond to verified requests within 45 days, which may be extended by an additional 45 days if necessary due to the complexity of your request. We will notify you of any extension within the initial 45-day period. You may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf by providing written authorization or a valid power of attorney. We may require verification of both your identity and the agent’s authority to act on your behalf.
